FL005-Branded Designs

Thanks for helping to get the word out about FL005 and WikiRFM. Right now, all of the shirts featured here have the old FL005 logo on the front or sleeve. The added cost of this 3-color logo was part of why I migrated to the logo you see at the top of the page now. In early November, I’ll be placing the new logo on all the FL005-branded shirts. I think these are kinda cool logos (you can see them here and here), but maybe they should just be stand-alone designs. Or should they get kicked to the curb?

FL005 Rogue Pilot Light

Mr Thompson was happy until that fateful day in May when his house started shaking, and SHAKING, AND SHAKING! Who’s crazy enough to claim a white helicopter is following him around? Features the FL005 logo on the chest. Once the custom designer is on-line you’ll be able to go crazy with changing the colors on this design.

FL005 Vertical 8 Limited

Dives like a Schweizer 300Cbi in an auto. This design is best on a solid white shirt, and features the FL005 logo on the chest. Once the custom designer is online, you can play with colors and design placement.

FL005 Gannet Man

To hell with patiently sitting there watching some stupid bobber, this is the way to go fishing. Then again, I’d liked to have seen Gannet Man drop in on a mako. Here’s a light and a dark design, both with the FL005 logo on the chest.

FL005 NTSB Tumbler

Yeah, even if your helicopter is equipped with an attitude indicator, it’s not a good sign when it looks like that. Inadvertent IMC is one of the top 3 ways helicopter pilots end up dead, and it’s totally unnecessary since we can land virtually anywhere. It’s better asking what your chief pilot would say (hopefully it’d be “good call”) rather than bringing in the NTSB. Right now this design is only available in white, but dark variations are coming soon. And once the custom designer is on-line you’ll be able to tweak these all you want.
